You also undertake that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods or services ordered.

13. Your statutory rights are not affected but otherwise (subject to the following provisions) all purchases are non-exchangeable, non-refundable and non-transferable.
14. Despite the above, you may cancel your order at any time prior to your order being processed by sending an email to info@backpack-uk.com. You may also withdraw from the contract at any time after the product has been dispatched and you have received our e-mail confirming your order but no later than seven working days from the day after you receive the product by sending notice of cancellation by e-mail to info@backpack-uk.com ensuring that you quote your name, address and order reference number(s); and / or where you have already received the goods, returning the goods to backpack-uk.com unopened together with the reference number(s) given within seven working days from the date that you received the goods. Backpack-uk.com will then refund you the purchase price of the goods.

Once backpack-uk.com receives notification from you that you wish to withdraw from the contract in accordance with terms and conditions any sum debited to backpack-uk.com from your credit or debit card in relation to your order will be re-credited to that card account as soon as possible and the goods you wish to return are received by backpack-uk.com in the condition that they were in when delivered to you.
16. Backpack-uk.com does not accept liability for any errors and omissions. Backpack-uk.com reserves the right to change information, specifications and descriptions of listed products and services. Backpack-uk.com will attempt to correct errors and omissions as soon as possible after being notified of them. Please feel free to contact us about a suspected error at info@backpack-uk.com.
17. In the unlikely event that you receive goods or services which were not what you ordered or which are damaged or defective, or are of a different quantity to that stated in the order form, backpack-uk.com shall, at its own option, make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace or repair any damaged or defective goods, or refund to you the amount paid for the goods in question provided that you notify backpack-uk.com of the problem in writing within ten working days of delivery of the goods. 21. Credit and debit cards are debited before items are shipped by backpack-uk.com. All prices include taxation where applicable.
22. Backpack-uk.com aim to complete shipment of all in stock items within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please allow additional time for your orders to arrive over bank holiday weekends. Your order may be delayed if the item is not in stock with our suppliers. Some items may be unavailable and the current stock status is approximate. Backpack-uk.com are not able to supply dates for our suppliers.
23. The period stated you will receive your order is estimated and therefore not exact. Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order and stated in the Order Confirmation. Please note that your orders may be sent out to you in full or in instalments.
